Copying contacts between Roundcube and Webmail Classic

The Roundcube and Webmail Classic webmail clients use independent address books, but you can still get your contacts in sync.

To import your Webmail Classic contacts to Roundcube, follow these steps:

1. Access your e-mail account via Roundcube.
2. Open the Contacts task from the main menu.
3. Click on the Webmail Import button from the Contact List Actions menu.
4. A pop-up screen will appear showing you the result with a list of the contacts that were copied successfully, skipped, and/or have failed to get copied.

If you wish to export your Roundcube contacts to Webmail Classic, the steps are identical with the only exception that you need to click on the Webmail Export button in step #3.

Note: If you copy an address book contact assigned to a group that does not exist on the destination webmail client, the group will be created automatically.
